Shipping & Returns

We ship everywhere in North America and Europe. For an additional charge, we offer overnight delivery to certain locations. We also offer shipping to Africa, Asia and the Middle East. 

Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may be longer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on orders over $100. 

We track every order from the moment it leaves our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll track it down. If we can’t reroute your order to you within 24 hours, we’ll refund the shipping charges.

Items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unw washed and unworn. If an item arrives damaged, notify us immediately to receive a full refund for the item.

Returns are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label. Simply repackage the item, attach the label included in your original package, and send it back to us.

Gifts must be accompanied by a gift receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. They’ll be treated as a regular return, and you’ll receive a gift card for their current selling price. Note that gifts can be returned within 28 of the date on which they were purchased.
